The list of rare chems are a great way to earn caps wither through your vending machines or at the local railroad station vendors. A great tactic is to sell the allotted amount of 1,400 caps at the vendors then any extra hustle in your machines. The bloodpacks are easy to find in the sinks at the railroad stations or on the ground outside.
